Seeking costume designer to make "KarmenRider/PowerRanger/IronMan" style armor- PAID JOB

Hi Everyone So I am after someone to create a body armor style suit for a web series I host. I can't complete filming till I have this final armor so I am looking for a professional who knows what they are doing. I have made my own attempt which could pass for the moment but like everyone knows, it's the suit that makes the man. I have already made the helmet so it is just the armor for the top half of the body I need. I have attached a photo below of what style I am after (minus the helmet) I am located in Perth but am willing to pay for shipping if over in the Eastern States. THIS IS A PAID JOB! I welcome all quotes for the task at hand. I am trying to keep it under $300 if possible but depending on how detailed you can make it would be willing to pay more.
