Wanted. Female actor to play challenging role

Okay girls! Our search for a good man has proved fruitless (that may not be any surprise to some of you), so it's over to you. A lad in sane productions require (somwhat urgently as it happens)an actor to play a lead role in our forthcoming one act play / production (Grim's Furry Tales - Old Mill Theatre August 2008). The part was originally written to suit a male dwarf (keep reading please) alas, none can be found locally. So our next step was to re-write the part to suit a shortish male actor, age 25-45. Unfortunately, to date we have had nil responses, not to be beaten, we're opening up this role for a female who might like the challenge of taking on this fun role.
