Agencies?

Hey Im a 17 year old girl and I'd really like to join a good Agency in Perth. I know everyone adds posts like these but really any help,advice... anything will be very much appreciated. I could really use some sort of a mentor.. you know like advicey mentory thingy, not like a karate kid mentor.
