Peter Lane - R.I.P.
Mon, 10 May 2004, 05:52 pmIt with sad condolences I write to inform you all that long time active member, actor, adjudicator and dear friend to so many, Peter Lane died on the weekend.
At the Garrick Theatre he would be best remembered for his role as 'Big Daddy' in "Cat On A Hot Tin Roof"
Deepest sympathies, love and warm hugs to Peter's wife Marian and family.
Does anyone else out there have some great memories of Peter they would like to share on this forum???

I worked with Peter in 'Conduct Unbecoming' years ago, it shows what an impact he had on me if I can remember him so well after all this time. He was always helpful and very approachable.
Both my wife (who looks after their pets) and I extend warmest sympathies to his family.
