How do you set up a new company?

I'm just about to finish a Small Companies and Community Theatre course, and I was just wondering if anyone had advice on how to go about setting up a theatre company and how much it would cost to set up.

THanks to all who replied. I got some helpful info. and hopefully I'll be able to use it to help me set up my company....and hopefully it'll survive too!
