New actor

I'm an inexperienced actor with an ambition for screen acting. I have had little experience with acting but feel inspired by acting and have a flair for the stage. I get stage fright, and don't have much confidence, but would like to continue with acting. Iam only 16 years old and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for me fulfilling my anticipated career. I wish to obtain an agent and any suggestions for starting my career, obtaining an agent and gaining more experience would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
