Independent Theatre Associations AGM 12/02/12 @10.30

The Independent Theatre Associations gives notion that its AGM will take place on the 12th Feb 2012 at City West Lotteries House Delhi Street West Perth. The event will commence at 10.30. The following motion has been raised at the last AGM and is due to be debated at this agm: Change to constitution 8.2.1 The positions of President, Vice-President, Hon. Secretary and Hon. Treasurer shall be elected for a term of two (2) years. Add clause 8.2.1.1 The maximum consecutive term of office for any person in any one of the above positions shall be four (4) years. There shall be no limit to the number of terms a person may serve non-consecutively. Please come an have your say. Ryan Taaffe
