ITA AGM
As I recollect- the motion was agreed to at the last AGM and is to start from this year so no debate is needed.

Apologies
An apology from me - tech rehearsal day for Little Shop of Horrors, I SWEAR one day I will get to an ITA AGM. (It's on the bucket list!!!)
Double apology really - sorry that I have been slack enough to post my apology on here!!!!!!

Clarification to change of constitution
The proposed change is the inclusion of clause 8.2.1.1
Clause 8.2.1 was accepted at last AGM - no debate is needed
Clause 8.2.1.1 was suggested at last AGM by Ailsa Travers, but could not be voted on at the time, it is this clause that needs to be voted on
But clause 8.2.1.1 makes no sense without also reading 8.2.1
Sorry for the confusion

AGM length
How did we do as an ITA Committee this year?
Did we do well, then the AGM will last about thirty minutes.
Did we do poorly, then the AGM may last hours.
And no, I'm not being flip. There really is no other way to judge the length of an AGM.
I would expect it to last no longer than an hour, but you never can tell
