The WA Governmant has , this evening announced that in 2011, CHOGAM will meet in Perth in October and that as a consequence the Queen's Birthday holiday will be moved to the end of October, so instead of the holiday Monday being on October 3rd the holiday date will be Friday October 28th!!(I think I heard the date correctly)

That should mess up Dramafest arrangements very nicely.

Hi Folks. If I heard the news right last night, the public holiday has been changed to (I think - the previous) Friday instead of the Monday as most of the city roads may be semi closed down on the Friday for access and security reasons. Maybe there is a Press Release on one of the State Government's websites confirming the change of public holiday to the Friday. Meanwhile, have a great weekend. Cheers for now. 1d
