A reminder that entries close 19th March!!!
This year's festival will be held 30/31 July 2010
If you are thinking of entering this year's festival and haven't quite got your act together

This was a very fun weekend last year, and now that it is being held closer in time to the other festivals, really could be the start of a much larger and more exciting 1-Act circuit.

Manpac one act festival
Mon, 15 Mar 2010, 10:13 pmBravo to the manpac team for putting the festival on closer to the other festivals. Also congrats on using a pnael of peer judges rather than one person's opinion, which is a more subjective choice. At least with three judges the opinion is going to be more of a general consensus. The other thing I liked about last years judges was that two of them are unfamiliar with most of our local clubs and actors and therefore eliminating any potential biases. Judging based on what they see, rather than who they know!
