'Tissues And Wine' - Late Night Saturday - Dramafest

<<- You mean to say you were cheated on by four different partners? How did you cope? - Like we are now darling; with lots of tissues and wine!>> Last chance to see this warm, moving and hilarious play, featuring three talented and gorgeous women, several boxes of tissues and numerous bottles of wine, now in last spot (about 10 pm) Saturday 26 Sept - in place of 'Queer Street' which has moved to the afternoon slot. David Smith, Mayor of Bunbury, former (and perhaps future) State Cabinet Minister, expressed his amazement that a play that dealt so sensitively with female emotions was actually written and directed by men (Johnny Grimshaw and Stinger Nettleton respectively). See you there! I'll buy you a wine in the bar (if there IS one) afterwards ;) Ssstinger>>>
KimberleyWed, 23 Sept 2009, 07:39 pm

There will be a bar

:)

More importantly is there

More importantly is there a Smokeo area?

I bet it will be out in the street at least 500M's away from the campus!

Walter PlingeThu, 24 Sept 2009, 09:52 am

Is there going to signage,

Is there going to signage, highlighting which is the correct entry point at St Norbert's College? There are several driveways off Treasure Road, which would be confusing for the general public. Is there adequate parking as well?
Walter PlingeThu, 24 Sept 2009, 10:51 am

Dramafest Signage

...you know I don't think the big sign saying "Xanten Centre" IS enough, maybe the ITA should think about painting big pink arrows on the road. and I've heard the ITA are seriously thinking about closing the car park, and making people use the carpark at the IGA on the other side of the railway line and walking across...
Walter PlingeThu, 24 Sept 2009, 11:56 am

So we can refer people to

So we can refer people to you if they get lost, then?
jeffhansenThu, 24 Sept 2009, 12:34 pm

I went there for the first

I went there for the first time last night, and had no trouble finding the Theatre. The entrance is off Treasure Rd. Joe - It's a school, so I'd assume that there would be no smoking allowed on the premises. You must be getting used to that. www.meltheco.org.au
JoeMcThu, 24 Sept 2009, 12:35 pm

I'll never get used to it

I'll never get used to it mate!

Considering it is more smokers money, rather than boozers, that supports the arts!

Great! That have at least an IGA Smoke shop handy!

KimberleyThu, 24 Sept 2009, 05:33 pm

You can see the street from the theatre,

(and the theatre from the street), so it won't be far to walk Joe.
KimberleyThu, 24 Sept 2009, 05:34 pm

Yes. There will be a sign.

:)
