3 Monologues - help

Can someome help me I have to perform 3 monologues, one shakespeare (however I have chosen my shakespeare one), 1 from a modern author and a classical piece. only 1 has to be a direct address to the audience. Does anyone know a monologue from a modern author and a classical piece and where one is a direct address to the audience?
For my shakespeare one I think I may do Romeo and Juliet.

However I can't find a written monologue of Alan Bennett's Talking Heads. do you know where I can find it.
It is for an audition to get into an acting school.
