EGO MANAGEMENT vs NATALIE HALL MANAGEMENT

I need some constructive advice, I am an actor and have been shopping around for an agent in QlD.
2 of the names that come up a lot is EGO or NATALIE HALL. Can anyone out there tell which one is better?
1. Which one is more likely to give you more jobs?
2. The ease of Payment?
3. Which one has a better reputation?
4. And do they really care about the actors in their books?
5. Do any of the above have major power in the industry i.e Hollywood etc. etc
Or should I just pack up and go to Sydney or even better Los Angeles
Anybody who have good or bad experience please share.

Hey Dumplingbaby ... my dad drives holdens .. loves them .. his new one though had to go back to the dealership after only 3 weeks as something had gone wrong .. does this make all holdens bad ... (be nice you nasty ford people) ...
Go in and meet the people, evaluate there premises, ask the questions that count, 'who have you cast and in what within the past 6-12 months'.
Just like the holden rant, people will have had many different experiences with both of these companies. Having worked in this industry as a non-actor for many years, I can say that there are nutters everywhere .. including those who have bad experiences with agents ... so what is there opinion really worth anyway!!
