EGO MANAGEMENT vs NATALIE HALL MANAGEMENT

HI EVERYONE, I need some constructive advice, I am an actor and have been shopping around for an agent in QlD. 2 of the names that come up a lot is EGO or NATALIE HALL. Can anyone out there tell which one is better? 1. Which one is more likely to give you more jobs? 2. The ease of Payment? 3. Which one has a better reputation? 4. And do they really care about the actors in their books? 5. Do any of the above have major power in the industry i.e Hollywood etc. etc Or should I just pack up and go to Sydney or even better Los Angeles Anybody who have good or bad experience please share.
