Attention all under 18s
Sun, 28 Oct 2007, 08:08 pmI was just browsing the profiles of people who are members on this site, and have come across some under 18s who have their phone numbers listed. I would just like to suggest strongly that anyone of a young age (or anyone at all really) to remove phone numbers listed in their profiles or on any of their posts - and to not reveal their phone numbers on this site.
There are a lot of dodgy people out there, and it's never a good idea to have traceable information about yourself listed on the net - ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE UNDER 18. Please, create an email address for free, or use the internal messaging system on this site, as it allows a lot more anonymity and safety on your part.
Some people may not care, or wonder why I'm butting in, but I hope this will serve as a reminder to the younger members of this site of just how much information can be found on the net, and how easy it is for weirdos to track you down.
