We need inspired artists to create three 45 second video clips based around a ‘collecting’ theme.
Do you know someone who collects stamps or coins, sports memorabilia, autographs, snow domes ... anything that might inspire you to create something original, strangely interesting, hilarious and based around the collector(s) and their collection.
The key viewing outcomes are:
 Wide audience reception (people of all ages from all backgrounds),
 replay-ability and
 Vast online viral spread.
Our aim is to have a solid top10 YouTube presence.
We are looking for people who are capable of great work. The successful applicant will be remunerated with a negotiated fee.
The contact is Chris Parisi and he welcomes anyone with a great idea to submit a professional proposal, including script.
This is a great opportunity to be seen by the world.

Hmmm I'm not so sure.
Tue, 22 May 2007, 04:31 pmHmmm I'm not so sure. Although idiotic stunts appear quite frequently...I saw a shocking clip about some idiot cursing at people in Frankston...
There are some quality programs on YouTube well worth a watch. There are some clever people out there...who just enjoy making videos and posting them in a place where people can see and review their work.
I currently watch a series called 'I' which stars Sebastian Arcelus...currently playing Fiyero in the Broadway performance of Wicked. This series is a great 'take' on Big Brother...except the person who is being watched by people all over the internet does not want to be watched at all. The filming is great, the plot is great (and is ever increasing) and viewers have ways of adding to the plot...and no not evictions...stupid big brother. This is a great series especially if you don't like Big Brother and would find it muuuuch better if it had some form of plot or substance.
There are many other shows like this too that I often find myself glued too, because often there is quite some talent behind these short films being produced.
Don't slag off Youtube too soon...I think it holds great power...just waiting to be unleashed.
