Hmmm I'm not so sure.

Hmmm I'm not so sure. Although idiotic stunts appear quite frequently...I saw a shocking clip about some idiot cursing at people in Frankston... There are some quality programs on YouTube well worth a watch. There are some clever people out there...who just enjoy making videos and posting them in a place where people can see and review their work. I currently watch a series called 'I' which stars Sebastian Arcelus...currently playing Fiyero in the Broadway performance of Wicked. This series is a great 'take' on Big Brother...except the person who is being watched by people all over the internet does not want to be watched at all. The filming is great, the plot is great (and is ever increasing) and viewers have ways of adding to the plot...and no not evictions...stupid big brother. This is a great series especially if you don't like Big Brother and would find it muuuuch better if it had some form of plot or substance. There are many other shows like this too that I often find myself glued too, because often there is quite some talent behind these short films being produced. Don't slag off Youtube too soon...I think it holds great power...just waiting to be unleashed. _____________________________________________________________ Currently working on: "Boy Banned" a fusion of live acting, video footage, corny songs, syncronised dancing boys and egos! JULY 2007, ticket information coming soon!!!

Rory, in defence of the

Rory, in defence of the above (I work for D&F and posted the ad on behalf of them), the idea is to create a high quality advert for our company. Yes, we do aim to have a high presence on Youtube, because we are creating an international service and want to advertise to as many people as possible. Youtube is the ideal place to do so. There are plenty of professional, quality and respected Youtube videos out there; some of which are created specifically for online consumption by a wide range of professional artists (for examples, visit Puppetvision.blogspot.com). For anyone actually interested in applying to the above ad, I can state that D&F Holdings is a professional entrepeneurial company, that will provide a supportive environment for creativity. The video will be a large part of our marketing plan, and we are going to use it internationally and nationally - not just on Youtube. It is an excellent opportunity for local artists.
