Crew & Creative Team needed for 3 projects in Melbourne

I'm looking for cast, crew and creative team for 3 projects i'm hoping to do in melbourne later in the year.
I need to apply for funding NOW, and to do so I need to have some of the 'company' onboard, which is why this is going out pretty early!
I'm afraid I won't be able to pay people but it's a great opportunity for people to get involved with four very different projects. (you can be involved with one or as many of the projects as you like.
The scripts are still in development but if you're interested in any of the projects let me know and i'll send you details as we get them.
PROJECT 1: Short Film production - co-production in UK and Australia
This film is being shot half in the UK, with one set of actors, and half here in Oz. It's a story about 2 people living parallel lives on opposite sides of the world, and the part fate has to play...
Hoping to film may or october (depending on people's availability)
PROJECT 2: Short Educational Film - about bullying. It's the fourth in a series of educational films, the first three filmed in UK, which have already had interest from schools and educational establishments.

For both films we need DP / cameraman (preferably with own camera)
Script supervisor
Boom operator
Runner
PROJECT 3: Pantomime 'Chaos In Pantoland'
An attempt to bring the true madness of british theatre to australia, and to combine it with some of australia's own traditions. It's a brand new script based on all the traditional pantomime stories (snow white, cinderella, peter pan, aladdin etc) but also includes aboriginal music and dance.
Need Musical director, musicians, Choreographer, stage management, technicians (sound and lighting operators)
To be performed december 2006-january 2007 (rehearsals to take place november-december one night / weekend day a week, operators and stage management not needed until the last few rehearsals)
All this is very flexible at the moment because it depends on your availability.
