Work
Fri, 20 Jan 2006, 06:26 amHi Guys,
I would like to get involved in set building and design in Sydney, and don't realy know where to start. If anyone can direct or help me I would be very grateful. I currently work as a Logistician for an international Medical NGO. A lot of the work I am involved in requires the skills that I could offer to set building and design, I would obviously be a pure begginer so I would need and appreciate any help. I would like to settle in Australia and take on full time employment, rather than keep up the lifestyle I currently have. I would like it to be constructive and productive and therefore, here I am.
Any idea's........

I would suggest you one thing - if your current employer pays you money - stick to it!! you won't eat bread from the thing that you want to go into... believe me. It's not a fairy tale world - in the theatre you have to work really hardly, but the truth is - for nothing....
