would there be somebody in here, who could help me...
I'd like to find out if it is possible to make a projection on a certain white fabric 'screen', like for example white hemp or linen? (not using the standard white projection screen?)

Your advices are really useful.
Now I'll have another problem, - where to find a huge piece of hemp, or how to sew some pieces into one to make a "projection screen"!
