Casting Agents

Hello. My name is Catherine Lee. I'm 17 years old and I have finally completed my HSC and i am wanting to further my career in acting. I'm looking for a top quality casting agent but i'm not quite sure where to find one....if anyone has any advice or anyhting to help me....it would be deeply appreciated.
