Requesting Artistic Asylum!

I am a SM and a South African. All I want to do is work in Theatre. It's my passion, it's my life, it's what I do best and I'm not given the chance to do it. The Performing Arts are well and truely DEAD here. You have to be here to understand the situation. If I cannot work in Theatre here I want to work in Theatre somewhere else and as I already have family in NZ I want to come over to OZ or NZ. Please can anybody advice me who to contact, where to go, basically, how to proceed from here. I do not care if I have to start at the bottom again, all I want to do is be a Tech and work in Theatre. Please help.
