Tech With a need for experience

I'm a tech currently working at a local performing arts centre in my state but am dissatisfied with the amount of work/experience/hands on we receive. I am willing to travel within melbourne to gain more exposure/experience/hands on education as the schedule at the theatre i am currently employed at is so varied and i am not always garaunteed regular work. I have a Cert IV in entertainment arts and have been involved in theatre/dance parties i.e. Adventjah (Kryal Castle) Chapel off Chapel (profit share VERY limited design) Moomba (crowd control and performer escort) as well as various small productions i.e. schools. I obtained work experience at the Vic Arts Centre and would love to be in that type of environment again.
