AUDITIONS/CASTING CALL
Fri, 5 Sept 2003, 11:11 amCLassic Theatre is holding AUDITIONS for 'Talking Heads' (by Alan Bennett), directed by Liz Perry.
Audition Time:
Monday 8th September and Tuesday 9th September - 6:00 pm
Characters:
1. A Lady of Letters:1F (early/mid 50's)
2. A Bed Among The Lentils: 1F (early/mid 50's)
3. A Chip in the Sugar: 1M (early/mid 50's)
These are 3 one person one act plays.
English/Yorkshire accents required.
Performance dates:
Nov 6 - Nov 22

Hello my name is Sarah West and I am 15 years old. I understand that you are looking for someone in their early to mid 50's and that I am well off of the required age for this pertcular production.
As you know it is very hard for a girl of my age to succeed in the performing arts industry because of the competition that is around today. All i am asking for is a chance to appear in an upcoming production. My ultimate ambittion is to one day be in film but right now theatre is a great stepping stone. I attend Actors Ink every Saturday but feel it is taking me no where.
I will not give up on my dream to one day become a famous actor but Im asking you if there is a chance you could personally keep my posted about all auditions within South Australia. I believe living in Melbourne or Sydney would be to ones advantage but unfortunatly my mother and father do not agree. Please consider taking the time to help me out and one day perhaps i could help you.
