NIDA Info Evenings in Melbourne & Brisbane

NIDA is hosting information evenings in Melbourne and Brisbane during the month of August. If youÂ’re interested in a career in the performing arts, or thinking about studying at NIDA, we encourage you to attend.

Particular emphasis will be placed on career and study options behind the stage, such as design, stage management, lighting, sound, costumes, props and scenery construction.

Peter Cooke, Assistant Director of NIDA and Head of Design, Trevor McCosker, Head of Production Crafts and Bill Harris, Head of Technical Production will be in attendance. These senior members of the NIDA teaching staff will answer questions, advise on the course content and career options as well as offer tips regarding admission procedures.

It is anticipated that the events will run for approximately an hour, followed by question time. Admission will be free.
