Poll Problems
Sat, 8 June 2002, 02:33 pmHey Mr Webmaster!
I've tried several times to submit a poll using the 'Submit Poll' feature. The first few times, it refused to let me edit it and gave me some garbled warning message so I quit Netscape and started again. I tried submitting it once more, and the editing page showed me a different poll entirely.
I'm using Netscape Communicator 4.73 on a G3 Mac if this tells you anything...
Thou warped rump-fed moldwarp! (So there)

No.2
Hear hear!
C'mon Mr Webmaster! We've nagged you already about this!
You realise that the more time you spend having a life and doing important things, the more people will nag you about the poll problem.
That's just made me realise I have no life...oh dear...
Er...*cough*...so yes. Thingy.

More poll vitriol
Main problem I notice with the poll is that the bloody thing stays there for about eight months.
All very well to submit new ones, but the old ones aren't relinquishing their position.

Re:downloading Problems
Pascols, it coulr be a format problem. The things your are trying to download may not be in a format supported by your computer. This could be one of several things.
1. The format is a PC or NON-Mac format (even though this should be a virtual non-issue these days, it still crops up)
2. You may not have software installed that can read the downloads.
What are you trying to download anyway? You can e-mail me directly if you prefer. Click on my name above for e-mail details.
