stage lighting - groundbreaking volunteer work

I am opening a nightclub soon which will feature the groundbreaking concept of stage lighting for a nightclub. Basically, I am after someone willing to assist (as many hours as you wish) in creating changing spaces and atmospheres through lighting in a nightclub, similar to the theatre.
The nightclub will open in Darlinghurst, Sydney. Funds will be available for ongoing work but not for initial setup, for the right person. However, equity (shares in the company) are available.
