E of I - A New Brain - the musical!!

The show that Australia has been waiting for William Finn's "A NEW BRAIN" is set to open late August 2002 in Melbourne.

The "BRAINS" behind the Australian Production are seeking expressions of interest from people wishing to broaden their experience within the Musical Theatre Industry and participate in this highly anticipated musical in a variety of Creative/Performance/Technical roles.

Expressions of interest are sought for the following positions;

CREATIVE TEAM
Director
Musical Director
Choreographer
Set Design
Costume Design

TECHNICAL
Stage Manager
Assistant Stage Manager
Props Co-ordinator

PERFORMANCE
6 Males and 4 Females
(Early 20's to late 50's)

The Producing Team have had a variety of experience in both Amateur and Professional Productions, including “The Boy From Oz”, “FAME - The Musical” and “SHOUT! – The Legend of the Wild One”, Productions staged at the Belvoir Street and Palais Theatre and the Melbourne Theatre Company.

"A NEW BRAIN" is the second Production which they have collaborated on, the first being the highly successful Stephen Sondheims' "ASSASSINS" in 1998.
