Screen writing programs

are there any budding (or established writers) that can offer advise on Screen writing software. I have looked at Final Draft and Movie magic screenwriter. The demos are a little limiting. I was wondering if I could get an objective opinion as to the pros and cons of each product. Each product of course claims to be the best. What might your opinion be?

Sat, 12 May 2001, 08:59 amI think this sort of thing is always a matter of personal taste. You have to ask yourself what features you need to help you to write and then find a package that delivers. I use and recommend Final Draft. I tried quite a few screenwriting progs before settling on FD. Pros: it doesn't get in my way when I'm writing. Cons: I've occasionally encountered software bugs but generally they're quickly fixed. The latest version works fine for me.
