Help needed!

I felt sure that Michael had posted a message to this effect last week, but not being able to find it, I thought I'd post another request for help.
Does anyone know how we could produce a "fake" newspaper page (with mock-up headlines) on actual newspaper? Does anyone know of a printer that could do such a thing?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Any Offset Printer can make up a plate, or may have an old one, but it would depend on how many coppies you require any what you need it for.
If it is just a prop paper - cut and paste and copy from other taliods - not sure what you require?
