fixed path mode
Fri, 29 Mar 2013, 10:15 pmHi all,
I just downloaded the software and tried it at home on my laptop.
It seems very good and I'm looking forward to getting used to it.
The only issue I've found just now is that when I saved the production, and then opened it on another computer, the file paths were different so it would not work.
I did some checking and found the "fixed path mode" mentioned in the manual, but that no longer seems to be part of the production properties.
Is the only way round this to have all the production files and audio tracks on a plug in hard drive with a fixed drive number, like 'Q' or something?
I have my audio tracks and the saved production on skydrive so that I can access it from anywhere, but that doesn't help.
Thanks

You can contact David, who wrote the program directly on the above email address, assuming it is still valid.
I've found him to be helpful in the past.
