 I don't know much about this sort of thingy, but it may be worth checking it out to help with your reuseable resources [people] & make the job easier.

Might even help with SM's in producing production W,W,W. {Who What When [net]} forms as well as cue sheets & other production [Bible] info, as a free alturnative if they don't have excel software available.

I suppose it would even come in handy for sceneoligy/ography & other production scheduling.
