"Backstage" people wanted - Brisbane northside - unpaid - June/July 2010

I am still looking for persons interested in joining the production team of a small musical review group here in northside Brisbane. Your qualifications will be an interest (we will train) but importantly – commitment! We stage in June/July over several Sat/Sundays. If’s a charity mob so we are unpaid and do it for love...... I am looking for sound/ lighting people - it's not big deal but we do have a proper sound system – multi channel board and body mikes - and we use LSC lighting control - JANDS controller and intelligent lights..... I started off in a small way some 50 years ago and whilst still classed for me as a "hobby" (expensive over the years in time and money I might add – but that’s another story) it's enjoyable to become involved with theatre and many move on from here......... Theatre folk are fun folk……….. Back in UK where it started for me I’m think of a guy who ended up in a top job in the BBC likewise a guy I worked with in Vic moved to UK…….. Peter Probert
