Calling all theatre Peeps who know things, I have been asked a question that I do not know the answer to so I put it out there and maybe someone of fantastic knowledge knows the solution...

Well I have a cyclorama that is made of (possibly muslin, not 100% sure) but alas it has been attacked by children who have managed to place three hand size holes right in the middle (cries a tear). But the question I have been asked is there any way to repair it with little evidence that it has been damaged?? I have thought of stitching it or super glue... but then thought maybe someone out there might know of an alternative solution, some sort of fandangle new product that exists for sad broken cyc's..

Thanks in advance :)

your best hope is iron on mender, iron the cyc as flat as you can then apply the white iron-on mender to the back, sewing nearly always leaves pull marks and if all that fails we can probably sell you a new one at a good price. A general tip for buying a cyc, if you can be flexible on the size you can sometimes save a lot of money as the cyc cloth is 9m wide there is lots of wastage. If you can use the offcuts it is much cheaper.
