Looking for paid/unpaid work or Cert IV/Diploma Traineeship

Hi there I'm looking to gain more experience as a backstage crew member either for theatre or music production. I currently hold my Certificate III in Live Production, Theatre and Events and have experience working as a stagehand, stage manager and tech assistant in theatre, and also as a technical operator for local music festivals. I am also interested in set design/set painting and make-up design. I am really just looking for experience at all levels of theatre(local and professional), as I would like to learn as many backstage skills as possible.
