You can always create your
You can always create your own animation. Just create a bunch of image files, each one with the flakes in a slightly different position. Then get yourself something like Jasc Animation Shop or something that makes .gif files (not paint or anything like that, you need an actual animation maker), create an animation and save it. You can loop the animation and run it on your laptop, which is hooked up to your projector.

After Effects
If you have access to Adobe After Effects, one of its presets is exactly this, so you can make it as long as you like.
I've been using the software extensively for a forthcoming production I'm involved in, so if you don't have access yourself, I'm happy to help out?

snow scene
Can anyone help me find something like I saw one time--a strobe like light that reflects snow falling on a house. I saw it in a Christmas shop one time and it was set up to reflect on a wall like you would set it up outside to reflect on a house.
