Student looking for some experience - WA

Hey, I am currently a student at WAAPA studying lighting and am trying to get more experience in lighting design and operation of consoles etc. so I was wondering if there are any groups in WA who needed help in any of these areas, I am mainly interested in musicals and plays but any other gigs that would allow me more experience would be great. I am not expecting payment for this, I am just trying to gain as much experience as I possibly can. Thanks
