Artistic coordination training???

I would suggest taking a look at local production management courses, directing, or stage management courses. NIDA would more than likely have something you are looking for. If you are into circus, why not contact the Australian Circus and Physical Theatre Association. They would be the best people to talk to from there. I don't believe there is any course specifically aimed at circus direction, but there is NICA in Melbourne (the National Institute of Circus Arts) which does offer more performance-based training, as well as an overview of production aspects. I also don't know of anyone offering on-the-job training. Circus direction would more likely to be something offered after years of performance/training. However, there are courses out there that offer training in the general area of directing. If you don't have a lot of directing experience, it is unlikely that you will be able to get a job in a directing role.
