Backing track help

Urgently require someone capable of producing backing tracks for dance school. Can anyone help?

I'm told that member known as Penguin87 does these. You could try looking up his/her profile and messaging them? Rapunzel "Papa, where is Mama? They tell me she has gone away, where is she?"

What do you need done? If you just need a couple of tracks cut at certain places, or a voiceover recorded, or crossfades and then have the thing burnt onto a cd then any senior music student at school could do it for you. Saying that, we all use the school's software...which is kind of locked away at the moment... Is there anything I have missed or am I assuming this is much more difficult that our dance school's music?

I could help with some backing tracks. Just write an email to me so I can get the idea of what you need. Currently I'm traveling a lot (going from VIC to NSW and from NSW to VIC), so I think that email is the best way to keep in touch. Ohh, I forgot it... I'm a foreign composer and I've worked on music production for a few years. We can discuss the money issue, but if what you do is just a school project (non-profit) I'll do it for free. Cheers

There is a company called 'capital karaoke'- their wearhouse is based on the Sunshine Coast in QLD, but they do order Australia wide- they have some fantastic compilation cds as well as full albums of all generes, and can even make up a cd including all the songs you want on it. Pricing varies- but I've picked up some great Broadway compilation albums and soundtrack backing and it sounds exactly like the real deal. their website- www.capitalkaraoke.com.au ... they have a searchable database. =)
