WAAPA Student Accommodation

Hey Guys.

Just got my student accommodation acceptance letter today. They said WAAPA students can go in on the 6th Feb 2006 and ECU students 13th Feb 2006.

So is anyone accepting. Dont want to be there by myself plus everyone says its a hell hole. Tried some real estate agents and most units are now leased they reckon.

Really? that's a bit strange! to be honest the real estate agents in perth do suck! All i can say is, dont do student accomodation to yourself!! it's hell!!!

the real estate agents in perth are not great - having said that, you will always find a place. my accommodation fell through the day before i arrived and i got to perth a couple of days before o week but i found a place. you'll find there will be a lot of people looking for housemates or if you definitely want to live on your own there are a lot of units - try and avoid student village because you can find better and cheaper things that are still close to waapa
