For lovers of music and poetry, there is light!

Fret no more over the banality of Webber, or the discord of Sondheim, Leonard Cohen, who celebrated some 70 years on this particular planet yesterday (Tuesday 21 September), has a new album due for release around the 24th October.

Titled “Dear Heather” and produced by the same people responsible for the gorgeous “Ten new Songs” album, amongst many treasures, it contains a chilling 9/11 ode, a lovely “Tennessee Waltz” and yes, a timeless capsule of beauty, with Cohen’s music and the lyrics of Byron, as in:

So weÂ’ll go no more a-roving
So late into the night
Though the heart be still as loving
And the moon shall be as bright
For the sword outwears its sheath
And the soul outwears the breast
And the heart must pause to breath
And Love itself have rest
Though the night was made for loving
And the day returns too soon
Yet weÂ’ll go no more a-roving
By the light of the moon

Re: Lord Byron don't reveal any info to joy_kk06 it's a money SC

Hi Lord Byron

As your fully aware there have been several money scams filtering through the internet/post these days.

This is one of them from joy_kk06@yahoo.fr. As you know no one offers money for nothing especially when it's in the millions.

Grant the webmaster of this site is well aware of this person and has reported them.

But I'm sure you know that it's a scam but just in case you didn't.

Anyway have a great day
