Amateur Dramatic and Musical Societies

Hi guys, I have recently moved to the Gold Coast from Ireland and am keen to find a musical society. Back home I have been a member of a couple musical societies for a good couple years, mainly chorus singing and dancing. I was wondering if anyone can point me in the right direction to find a local society here on the Gold Coast (preferably north of Mermaid Beach if possibly). Thanks! Sam
