The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe - Audition Packs Now Available!
Wed, 15 July 2009, 08:56 amJust to let people know, the audition packs are now available for the MPAC In-house production of Irita Kutchmy's musical version of CS Lewis' classic tale The Lion, The Witch & The Wardrobe.
Packs are available for: Lucy, Edmund, Peter, Susan, Professor Kirk, Mrs. Macready, the White Witch, Aslan, Mr. Tumnus, Mr. & Mrs. Beavers, Father Christmas and Maugrim (the wolf). There are also audition packs for Adult Chorus (16+), Junior Chorus (10 - 15) and Children's Chorus (6 - 9).
The audition packs are available for pick-up from the Mandurah Performing Arts Centre Box Office during their opening hours (Monday - Friday 9am - 4:30pm, Saturday - 10am - 4pm) however, if you are unable to get to the centre during these times you may call (9550 3900) or email (box@manpac.com.au) to arrange for the packs to be posted out to you. NB - Those wishing to audition for the character of Edmund should definitely ensure they have a pack as early as possible - familiarity with the monologue chosen for audition will definitely stand you in good stead.
Please also note that we will not be booking times for auditions - all hopefuls simply need to turn up on Sunday 9th August at MPAC ready to work from 9am sharp. Doors will be open at 8:30am for early registrations. Chorus auditions will be held in the morning followed by principles after lunch.
