acting

Hi, I am 14 years old. I have been an A grade student in drama at my previous high school and my present one. I always take acting seriously and am always prepared to accept the challenge. I have always wanted to take one step higher in acting. I just dont know how or where to go.

Hiya, our musical theatre

Hiya, our musical theatre class is putting on a big performance at the end of the year. We are based in Campbelltown (south western sydney). If you'd like to come along and try out the class to see if it's for you, have mum or dad call me on 0404 263 278 and you can see if it's for you. It's an exciting show we are doing at the end of the year and has some great dance numbers in it. Sarah Foukas Head teacher Stage and Screen Academy

Hi, I'm currently 16 years

Hi, I'm currently 16 years old, soon to be 17. I have been involved with various dance groups in Ballet when I was a little girl and was in the National Youth Dance Theatre of Australia for a year. I'm currently look around to see if there are any dance groups in my local area of Camberwell VIC who offer Jazz tuition and/or Musical Theatre/Song and Dance classes. If anyone can suggest an inexpensive but good dance school, please let me know as soon as possible. Thankyou!

Why not try Miss Lulu? (I

Why not try [EDIT: trying to find name of place. Will update if I can find it... it's on Glenferrie Rd]? (I can't think of dance schools in Camberwell, but there is one across the road from Richmond Library as well) There's also a number of community centres that might offer it. (I recall a place on Balwyn Rd that I used to go to that did jazz) I'm afraid most of the classes I know of aren't in the South-Eastern area. (I live in Balwyn and have done so all my life) Have you considered going closer to the city? http://www.dancehouse.com.au/ Here's a list of dance places that includes some in Hawthorn: (I should mention: I'm not into dance, nor a dancer, I'm just trying to find a place in your area... so none of the above is a recommendation of quality) Mermaid shadow puppet now on sale at Puppets in Melbourne
