Official Complaints

If anyone has an official and legitimate complaint to be made about any organisation, then these should be raised with your local Consumer Protection Agency, or if you are a paid member of the MEAA/Equity, with the Actor's Union.

Engaging in forum discussions will only invite Trolls, Spammers, Rival agencies and the like to pitch in also. It is also a great way to  have a Defamation action filed against you. Taking it through more official channels will ensure you get a more productive response and will also help protect yourself legally.

Ive had a bad Experience

Ive had a bad Experience with MCTV agency too, I have only gotten one job and i was unable to make it. I had my profile pictures re done in July last year and they said they would send them to me during the week after they had edited the information. I had emailed them 2 months later asking them weather they could send me a link to the photos and they never replied. I then sent another one early December 2010 and still no reply. I feel as if they are not bothering and i have been extremely ripped off. If they cant be trusted in returning photos or replying to emails then they cant be trusted with anything...
