(Quick pro quo: my first forum here, so sorry if I get it wrong...) Aesop and his Fables is meant for children 9-12. I am older than that. I still loved it. That shows you how cool this show is. The set is painted well, the costumes suit the character and the actors play their roles really well. I tip my hat to Ingle Knight, writer, for the oh-so-memorable lines: Lion: Oh, Zeus! Send us a king! Mouse: And some chips. Lion: And some chips If you have kids, take them to see it. Even if you don't, go by yourself. It's on at Subiaco Arts Centre in the afternoons 28 Sept.- 9 Oct and Joondalup-Prendiville Performing Arts 4 Oct.

Not quite Write

Glad you enjoyed the show. Unfortunately, Ingle can't lay claim to that particular line, it was ad-libbed by the actors during rehearsal, and has stuck. Cheers, Craig, currently Stage-Managing 'Aesop And His Fables' ~<8>-/====\---------
