Influence By David Williamson Directed by Leo Bradley Presented by Villanova Players Morningside Campus of TAFE, Brisbane Straight-talking radio shock jock, Ziggi Blasko, angers and offends in this Aussie comedy slash drama. But while his words are at times hard to swallow, you can’t help but admire his honesty and debatably precise opinions. Director Leo Bradley has injected this play with some great acting talent and a fast pace to keep the comedy sharp. Certain more serious parts lacked intensity from the actors, but overall it was a well-delivered show filled with the highs, but mostly lows, of Blasko’s life. Blasko runs the radio segment that “lets you get things off your chest”... By Kellie Scott. To read the full review please visit http://www.brisbanecritiques.com
