Natural Born Quillers - "4Play"

The inaugural collaboration of the Natural Born Quillers has proved a resounding success with a three-quarters full house on Friday October 12 and the 'full house' sign going up on closing night. In what proved to be a masterstroke for local playwrights Kate Beck, Pauline Davies, Paul Hannah & Mark Lucas, the joint venture yielded audiences from as far away as the Sunshine Coast and Logan City.

The overwhelming positive response by audiences provided a massive boost to the casts of Golden Glove Productions, Front Row Theatre, Pandora Productions and Excalibur Theatre Company after a hard slog in the festival tour in 2007.

There were overtures of "same time next year?" by audiences and companies alike and this should provide a solid platform for future collaborations by these groups.
