How to review a gig when the 'talent' doesn't show.

This should be a review of a stand-up performance at a charity do by two Perth comedians.
Unfortunately I can't write the review as the miserable, selfish little c#ck-suckers didn't turn up.
Not only was it no show by this pair of c##ts but they didn't even have the courtesy to ring the hostess and give her a chance to book someone else...
Well I know who you are and I won't hesitate to tell this story to anyone in the industry who mentions your names in my presence.
If you thoughtless f#cks think I'm dissappointed in you, can you imagine how the party hostess felt with 50 guests and no entertainment.
Call me and apologise if you dare...

Calm down. There could be a really reasonable explanation (their car broke down and they didn't have a phone perhaps).

Of course, there are people out there who have little respect for their work, or the others that work with them, but those people are likely to be their own worst enemies.

But maybe you should find out if they really are c**ts first.

Gee, Crazy G, you sound a bit upset.

Next time you need some comedians at short notice, think about contacting the Big Hoo Haa crew. We're still a bunch of c**** but at least we're reliable.

Cheers,
Craig

Re: How to go crazy when the talent doesn't show.

Firstly I would like to thank both of the respondees to my little posting and secondly to explain this literary 'hand-grenade', so to speak.
After much agonising and hand-wringing, I choose to write my 'non critique' in a deliberately florid, nay Pinteresque manner, to richly and accurately express the embarrassment and foolishness to which I was subjected, being the clever c##t who had recommended the no-shows in the first place; and I'm from Glasgow and we like swearing in Glasgow.
I should also point out that this was no last minute booking-it had been discussed and arranged weeks ago.
Further, if a car had broken down AND two mobile telephones failed in one cataclysmic catastrophe, is it not fair to assume that one or other of the 'comedians' would eventually have found themselves in a position to make contact within the following 48 hours?
Okay, they could have been drugged and kidnapped and flown out of the country to Pakistan where they are being re-educated and indoctrinated in a madrasa (topical!) prior to returning to Perth on a mission to make all comedy conform to Sharia law...
