A WAAPA OF A PARTY!
Mon, 24 Oct 2005, 02:29 pmMembers of the Arts Management Student Organisation (AMSO) are thrilled to announce the launch of the 25th Anniversary Birthday Party for the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA). The definitively titled event, A WAAPA OF A PARTY, will be held at NICHE BAR on Thursday November 3rd 2005 at 8pm. In keeping with the tradition of a 25th anniversary celebration, the evening will be themed ‘silver’ with an invitation extended to all past and present staff and students, supporters of WAAPA and Friends of the Academy wanting to help celebrate this phenomenal milestone.
Tickets are strictly limited and available from Planet Video, (cnr. Beaufort and Walcott St., Mt. Lawley) and at the WAAPA Box Office. $15 entry includes a complimentary beverage on arrival, light refreshments, cheap drink prices all night, DJÂ’s and entertainment from our very own WAAPA students. AMSO is also searching for former staff and students to be interviewed for WAAPAÂ’s 25th Birthday Video, which will be screened on the night.
